The Agency of the Hydraulic Basin of Sakia El Hamra and Oued Eddahab proudly announces that it has obtained the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, awarded by Bureau Veritas, as a culmination of a rigorous institutional journey based on good governance and continuous improvement.
The implemented Quality Management System covers:
- 16 Processus, including leadership, management, support, and operational processes;
- 102 standardized and regulated procedures and processes, aligned with international standards.
Scope of certification: Management, planning, and protection of water resources, in line with the Agency’s missions and the provisions of Law No. 36-15 on water, within the framework of an integrated and sustainable water resources management approach, particularly in the desert context characterized by specific climatic and environmental conditions.
This achievement reflects the Agency’s commitment to:
- Enhancing performance efficiency and the quality of public services;
- Strengthening transparency and trust with all stakeholders;
- Promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement in support of water security and sustainable development in the Southern Provinces.
